Paul has worked in financial services for over 20 years, with over 15 years specialising in the Cards and Payment Industry. Paul has performed roles as a software developer, designer, business process consultant, manager card systems development; project manager/director and strategy consultant. Paul has worked on credit card projects in more than 10 countries involving credit card issuers, acquirers, processors; most of this experience coming since starting C Smart in 1997. Paul lives in Melbourne with his wife and 4 children.

Matthew Holani has worked in financial services for over 20 years. Matthew has enjoyed a wide variety of roles covering both technical and business fields, from the hands-on to management and directorship roles. He has had the privilege to travel extensively throughout his career, experiencing different organisations and cultures while dealing with some unique challenges along the way. Outside of work, besides his family, Matthew has a passion for Rugby and other sports. Matthew is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jess has been involved in the finance industry for the past 30 years and specialised in the cards industry for the past 25 years. Jess has held positions in several major banks including Manager Tandem development & Support and Manager CardPac development. Jess has also held positions with Credit Card Software development companies including Senior Manager Client Services and Manager Business Development. His current position with C Smart as a Director involves local and overseas New Business Development, Client Management and Resource Management as well as Management of an offshore development site. Jess is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Chris has worked in the finance industry for the past 20 years with the majority of that time spent working in cards. Chris has held a wide variety of positions in several major financial organisations in Australia and New Zealand (including American Express, Citibank, The Bank of New Zealand, The Colonial State Bank), prior to joining C Smart in 2003. Chris has held positions in systems analysis, business analysis, product development, project management, implementation and conversion management and specialises in emerging cards technologies and products such as EMV, contactless and prepaid cards. Outside of work Chris is kept busy raising a young family and pursuing his passion for flying, in which he holds a current Pilot's licence.

For over 20 years Barry has been working in the financial service industry, specialising in the cards and payments area for over 10 years. Barry has held positions in a large number of banks both in Australia and overseas. These roles have included software developer, designer, systems analyst, business analyst, product developer, project manager and portfolio conversion manager. He has played leading and integral roles in several large and complex system migration projects. On any early morning, you might find Barry with his son and daughter, surfing a break on one of Sydney’s beaches.

Paul is a politically astute, technically competent, and experienced delivery manager, with strong leadership, programme and project management skills. Over 25 years of experience in leading teams and delivering change, with the last 15 focused on banking systems integration and conversion projects, across UK, Australia, and SE Asia. Paul brings a wealth of experience from his involvement in these various large banking projects specifically in project management, requirements analysis, release management, testing, conversion planning, implementation planning, technology and infrastructure. Paul has a MBA in International Business, and is a certified Project Management Practitioner (PMP). Paul is a keen follower of Rugby Union especially when it concerns the Springboks.

Gina is a successful leader in IT and Business Transformation with a proven track record in delivering integrated people, process and technology change to position organizations for growth. After completing a Bachelor of Information Technology at UTS, Gina joined Accenture. During her 13+ years at Accenture, Gina worked on many client engagements in Sydney, Melbourne and London in various roles starting as an analyst, and progressing to team leader, project manager, and programme manager. After leaving Accenture, Gina took on a challenge at BNP Paribas Securities Services in Sydney where she was Head of IT and responsible for transforming the IT function whilst at the same time delivering large scale technology change as part of a large programme of work with their anchor client, AMP. Gina spent 6 years in the role as Head of IT and a member of the executive team at BNP Paribas Securities Services. Gina recently joined C Smart International on a part time basis as she balances a young family consisting of 3 girls including a set of twins.

Antony has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry, the last 11 years being with C Smart. During that time he has enthusiastically taken on wide-ranging roles, from system audits to new product launches, from pre-sales support to systems development. He has led teams throughout the world in many successful conversion and migration projects, in countries including Brazil, the Netherlands, the UK, Hong Kong, Thailand, New Zealand, USA and of course Australia. With a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering, early career development with Andersen Consulting, a Diploma of Education, five years of secondary teaching, a CMusA, a yet to be completed Private Pilot's License, a wife and three children, Antony brings a broad skill set and a desire for success to any project.

With over 15 years in Financial Services, Warren brings a broad and in-depth range of skills to our team at both local and international levels. His knowledge ranges from legacy to cutting edge technology in the technical and business streams. From software developer to project manager, Warren sits comfortably with any challenge put before him. After hours Warren enjoys spending time with his family and watching his beloved St George Dragons win in the Australian National Rugby League competition.
